The Aerospace Industry is demanding and requires above all else, reliability and precision. For over 40 years, TC Ltd have been supplying and supporting the Aerospace industry with high quality thermocouple sensors, thermocouple connectors, cables and harnesses. Our UKAS accredited laboratory provides the calibration required to meet AMS2750G specifications. We can also supply sensors compliant with BAC5621 for heat treatment processes, audited by NADCAP. We strive to be innovative and provide technical expertise to the highest level.
We specialise in the manufacture of thermocouple sensors designed and certified for various aerospace applications. We manufacture both the more popular Type K and Type N thermocouples plus we also manufacture any sensor in types T, J, R and S, which are also used in the aerospace industry. All sensor styles are offered in a wide range of terminations and sheath diameter options.
Through a system of pre-testing of the more widely used Type N and Type K thermocouple material, TC are able to offer high-accuracy custom made, certified sensors on a quick delivery for these thermocouple types. Other thermocouple types or custom temperature calibration points are also available.
We are ISO 9001 certified and our thermocouple material is calibrated in our ISO 17025 UKAS-approved laboratory.
Various styles of sensor, suitable for many processes and applications in the aerospace industry are available. These include:

Our material is calibrated and stocked in line with the AMS2750G specifications. We can also supply sensors compliant with BAC5621 for the heat treatment of parts.
Our sensors are suitable for use in Temperature Uniformity Surveys (TUS), System Accuracy Tests (SAT) and Control Recording and Monitoring and Load Sensors.
The pre-tested AMS2750G compliant material we hold in stock is also widely used for thermocouple sensors used in the production of composites and extruded products.
In addition to temperature sensors, we can also manufacture the associated cable harnesses, looms and assemblies which are critical throughout temperature measurement processes in the production and development of aircraft and rotorcraft. These can be made with any number of connections, to any length required, with connectors at each end or bare tails to retrofit on site.
